Akandu Nwosu has spent the last 23 years building companies, establishing strategic objectives, and providing the administration and motivation needed to achieve set goals. He has formed several corporations and joint ventures that have met targeted profits and acquired successful results in human and financial capital.
Mr. Nwosu is the current Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Dredging and Marine Works Limited in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. His most noted accomplishments include securing a $50 million contract from the Niger Delta Development Commission, managing thousands of tons of dredging and construction equipment as well as over 1000 employees, negotiating with NDDC top management, and surmounting incredible obstacles presented by terrain, infrastructural deficiency, and fuel and energy supply shortages. On top of these successes, Mr. Nwosu manages to meet demanding deadlines and milestones stipulated by the NDDC and to continue to corroborate with the Federal Ministry of Transport, Federal Inland waterways, and other federal government regulatory authorities.
Mr. Nwosu also founded and currently acts as the Chief Executive for Rockoil-Triangle Limited facilitating joint ventures between his company and Petrocon Engineering, Inc, USA. He initiates bidding and security of the Mobil Gas Instrument study and reports in Nigeria, Angola, Namibia, and Gabon. Mr. Nwosu has successfully bid and pre-qualified for the $200 million Obigbo Node, Belema/Cawthorne Channel Associated gas gather project.
Additionally, Mr. Nwosu presently acts as Chairman and Managing Director of the International Monitors Company Limited. He procures government promissory notes to creditors from various African governments, especially members of the London, Paris, and New York clubs. He also secures and executes in-house, outdoor, and offshore catering services for major oil companies such as S.P.D.C., ExxonMobil, and Agip. Mr. Nwosu implements engineering procurement and construction contracts for Mobil, Texaco, Chevron, and S.P.D.C. He incorporates profitable subsidiaries to IMCO, namely Tex-Mex Restaurant, and Zeem Travels Limited, which both achieved impressive returns on investments in catering and tourism, respectively.
For the past few years, Mr. Nwosu has been leading the effort to establish Freefallnet Inc. as a world class communications service provider by first assembling a world class team of ICT engineers, administrators, and marketing personnel that operate in several countries. He has secured partnerships with the Nigerian state-owned national carrier, Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL), as well as other global telecommunications companies such as Intelsat, BringCom, Ibasis, Fone 123, and Wavnet.
Mr. Nwosu studied industrial technology and received his Bachelors of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State University, and also attended the Harvard Graduate Business School, Ma, USA.

Mehret Ghebreyesus spent the last five years as an independent consultant in the areas of IT, television broadcasting, and telecommunications services. Previous to that, she held various technology management and marketing positions in her 18-year career with the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (Intelsat). During this time, she developed an extensive network of customers and partners in the telecommunications industry and enjoys a continued partnership in her current role as a Marketing and Management Consultant. At Intelsat, her focus was on the development, introduction, and promotion of the company’s IP and satellite-based products and services throughout the African market through numerous meetings, seminars, and workshops.
Ms. Ghebreyesus also brings more than seven additional years of sales, marketing, and project management experience with multinational corporations, international organizations, and the United Nations. She has played key roles in the planning and establishment of several IT, television, and multi-media companies in many African countries including the Sudan, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Eritrea, and Nigeria. Ms. Ghebreyesus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a post-graduate degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.

Robert L. Townsend is a seasoned Marketing and General Management Executive with an extensive background and understanding of how technology relates to content, distribution, and marketing. Mr. Townsend leads a management consulting group and a just in-time management team specializing in solving business problems in the areas of consumer marketing, media, digital distribution technology, content, and their convergence. He has developed sophisticated skills in strategic and tactical planning, branding, problem solving, communications, interpersonal, and implementation while working at Johnson & Johnson, The New York Times Company, and the Home Shopping Network (now IAC/InterActiveCorp). Mr. Townsend later applied these skills at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and New Urban Entertainment Television (NUE-TV).
Mr. Townsend has a high-level contact base and valuable relationships in the cable television and telecommunications industries. He knows the Hollywood "scene" and players, the nuances of the cable television business, the telephone company competition, and the consumer branding industry. His areas of competence include organizational development, capital formation, team building and leadership, budgeting, market and consumer research, industry analysis, brand management, copy and media development and execution, direct response, public and media relations, sales promotion techniques, advertising sales, subscriber acquisition and retention, pay-per-view, content acquisition, and interactive application development.
Mr. Townsend received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Howard University and completed postgraduate work at Bernard M. Baruch College.

Most currently, Mr. Onyemachi has served as the Chief Technical Officer for Voix Networks Unlimited. There, he provided technical leadership with ongoing projects and services, was the liaison between his company and their technical partners, served as the primary technical contact person for all national and international business collaborations, affiliations, and partnerships, and advised top management on new technologies and innovations in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the communications market.
While at Voix Networks, Mr. Onyemachi successfully implemented and managed MTEL (GSM Operator), led several technical presentations and technical briefings during the expansion of the project, and maintained successful communication between his business and Newcom International Incorporated, as well as Sat-Path Communications Inc. on the design and expansion of MTEL. Mr. Onyemachi also negotiated, configured, and implemented Voix Network’s cheapest termination service provider, Voipshop Communications Inc., since its inception of its international prepaid calling card services.
Previously, Mr. Onyemachi worked as the Area Manager for the carrier service, Sungold Communications Limited. There, he managed all engineers and site operations, worked with international partners on any escalated network, and dealt with all administrative planning and control. For his efforts, he was recognized as the Best Area Manager of the company in 2002. Mr. Onyemachi also worked for Royal Ventures Limited for two years as head of their Systems Engineering Unit. His competence and leadership assured contract renewals for yearly maintenance services with the information technology infrastructure of the Federal Ministry of Health, Federal Ministry of Communications, and the Zenith International Bank.
Mr. Onyemachi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He also participated in additional installation, configuration, voice, and data training with Ionosphere Communications Inc. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and Certified Wireless Network Associate.

Uzoma "Uzi" Ogbuokiri has been focused on charting new territory and opening doors in media and entertainment for African and African-American culture since he entered the business in 1991. Founding the Phoenix Entertainment Group, Uzoma was instrumental in ushering hip-hop music into the Washington, DC mainstream at a time when the culture was broadly unaccepted - showcasing such artists as Wu-Tang Clan, Fugees, Naughty by Nature, and Nas. Diversifying into the realm of music video and film production as a partner in Brothers in Motion Filmworks, Uzoma has produced & executive produced such high profile videos as Coolio's Miami Life and Touch Myself by T-Boz of the popular group TLC as well as videos for the Dogg Pound, Wutang and Davina.
Believing the unity and positive self image of Africans throughout the world can be achieved through information technology and media, Uzoma has focused his efforts on the positive development of the continent of Africa. He has since co-founded Tribal Entertainment which concentrates on expanding the reach and viability of authentic African art of any kind in the world market.
Since 2003, Uzoma has been focusing his marketing and business development expertise in the telecom industry. Next to entertainment & media, telecom is the greatest bridge of the diasporal divide; and he has committed his vast knowledge of the needs of the two disparate yet intertwined markets to develop commercially viable telecommunications products. To this end he worked for International Monitors Company (IMCO) for over four years as a business development consultant. IMCO is an IT company that operates both from the US and Nigeria.

Iyk Ogoke received his bachelors of engineering degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.he then commenced his post graduate education, acquiring his Master of Business Administration degree at Wits University, Johannesburg, South Africa in Entrepreneurial Studies.
Mr. Ogoke began his professional career as a Sales Consultant for Fast Systems Ltd. He then worked briefly as a Marketing and Sales Engineer, as well as a Business Development Executive for RR Technology. Mr. Ogoke performed similar work as a Business Development Engineer for SatTrack, a vehicle tracking company.
His primary responsibilities with this company included developing sales outlets in Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Swaziland, Lesotho, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa, including Mozambique. He set up franchisors within South and West Africa. Mr. Ogoke undertook personal research trips to the aforementioned locations where he developed contacts with organizations and business people of interest, thereby increasing product and services sales. Last year, Mr. Ogoke worked as a Marketing Engineer for the wireless internet and communications company, Winners Direct. He developed sales outlets for cell phone distributors within the Gauteng province, established Internet cafes in and around Johannesburg, monitored all sales team performance, ensured all monthly sales goals were met, and developed sales improvement strategies, which empowered his entire sales team.
In his current endeavors with FreefallNet, Mr. Ogoke will lead the company’s Sales and Marketing strategies. His primary focus will be to establish and expand distribution outlets for FreefallNet’s products and services throughout Africa.
