To make calls from your PC you must download FreefallNet Softphone HERE. Install the Softphone; enter your user name and password.

Key in your desired phone number and click the green burton to send. To end the calls click the red burton. Your balance will be displayed after each call. To add funds to your account click HERE.

When you are not on your PC you can make calls by dialing FreefallNet’s gateway number and follow these instructions below:

Dial Access gateway number provided to you.
Enter your PIN number and wait for the prompt.
To avoid entering long pin numbers register your

phone number with the system so that you do not have to enter PIN numbers the next time you want to make a call. The system will automatically prompt you for your destination number.

011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number. For calls to/within the USA and Canada dial: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number (When calling from outside the USA your exit access number may not be 011)
